We work with many of Milwaukee’s most recognizable corporations, premier restaurants, and restaurant groups to help them reduce their organic waste streams and provide a sustainable alternative to the landfill.
Blue Ribbon Organics
Their mission is to offer an honest, reliable, and flexible service with their owners working directly with our customers. In 2008 they opened their DNR-licensed yard and food waste compost facility in Caledonia, WI. Their main focus is to produce 100% organic compost for gardeners and homeowners.
Kompost Kids
Kompost Kids is a volunteer-run, nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming our “waste” stream through active landfill diversion and local disposal of food residuals and other compostables. Their mission is to educate the public, individuals, businesses, and institutions about the benefits of compost and to reclaim organic materials from landfills to create soil for community-based agriculture projects.
Green & Healthy Schools Wisconsin
Green & Healthy Schools Wisconsin provides recognition for PK-12* public and private schools working to reduce environmental impact and costs, improve health and wellness, and increase environmental and sustainability literacy through a self-paced, voluntary, web-based application.
